Terms and Conditions for Wonderpoints

Wonderpoints (Program) is Al Habibi kitchen’s loyalty and referral program which allows members to earn and redeem points on alhabibikitchen.com

The Al Habibi kitchen Referral Program (“Program”) offered by Al Habibi kitchen Home Appliances Private Limited has been created to reward our loyal customers (“you,” “Member,” “Referrer,” “Participant”), for shopping on alhabibikitchen.com and referring their friends and family for making a purchase from the website.

The Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Al Habibi kitchen and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

Al Habibi kitchen reserves the right to modify these Program Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Participation in the Program is considered acceptance of Program Terms & Conditions and any modifications which might be made. Al Habibi kitchen may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. Al Habibi kitchen also reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program.

Eligibility

1. Every registered user who shops on alhabibikitchen.com can earn and redeem Wonderpoints

2. Every Al Habibi kitchen customer who has shopped from any other channel than alhabibikitchen.com but has registered product on Warranty Registration Page can earn and redeem Wonderpoints

Participation in this program is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens. Wonderpoints membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases. The Wonderpoints are non-transferrable.

Earning Wonderpoints

A participant can earn the Wonderpoints in the following manner -

Redeeming Wonderpoints

The Wonderpoints can be redeemed while making a purchase on alhabibikitchen.com at the conversion value of 20 Wonderpoints = Rupee 1 and can be redeemed at the checkout. except for Al Habibi kitchen roti-magic, Al Habibi kitchen fully automatic coffee machine, and spare parts.

Validity

The Wonderpoints will remain valid for redemption for six months from the day they’ve been added to the users’ accounts and post the window of six months they will be expired.

 

 

Other terms and conditions

Binding Effects: By participating in the Program, you agree to and are bound by the Program Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by the Program Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.

Termination: Al Habibi kitchen may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify & an aspect of the Program or Program Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Al Habibi kitchen may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Program Terms and Conditions or taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Program Terms and Conditions. Al Habibi kitchen also reserves the right to cancel any transactions (orders) that use Wonderpoints earned from spam activities like using fake accounts to perform the above-mentioned actions. Users can use only one Wonderpoints voucher per order.

Release: By participating in the Program, Participants release Al Habibi kitchen, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising, and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any & all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Program rewards.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify, defend,and hold Al Habibi kitchen and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the participant of any of these Program Terms & Conditions or any violation by Participant of applicable law.
